Meet Sadie & Lenna
Sadie's journey began in fashion. Originally from the United States, she moved to London to study at London College of Fashion, driven by a passion for storytelling through form. She worked with several fashion houses before pivoting to help build a tech startup. After becoming a mother, Sadie felt a strong pull toward creating something more personal and her own.
Lenna's path was shaped by a love of art history and design. Also American, she came to London to study at the Sotheby's Institute of Art, developing a refined appreciation for craftsmanship. Designing her own engagement ring sparked a passion for jewellery, and what began as creating pieces for friends and family soon evolved into a business. After the birth of her daughter, Lenna was ready to build something greater alongside a like-minded partner.
Having met just months before their children were born, a chance encounter quickly became a meaningful friendship. Through countless conversations, Sadie and Lenna realised that their experiences, spanning fashion, art, design, and entrepreneurship, complemented each other perfectly. WH96 Studio was born from that alignment: a shared desire to create refined, thoughtful jewellery that carries both beauty and significance.
